I have never gone to a professional before to get my taxes done but had a situation I was not sure about with my sister coming to our home to stay and they set up a consultation right away and answered all of my questions. That in itself would have justified at least a 3-star review but then he was personable, and acted like my questions mattered to him. Then, he didn't even charge for the consultation. He seriously seemed like he was interested in helping out and not just making a quick buck on someone unfamiliar with taxes. I would highly recommend this company.

What can I say? I love this company & I want to scream about Diamond Head Tax from the highest mountains :
I had a very bad breakup with my previous accountant. She was not able to produce my employees' 1099 for 2.5 months. Thank god for Yelp I was able to find Allan & his company to rectify my tax woes. After giving him my paperwork, he was able to produce all the 1099s for my employees in 24 freaking hours. Hallelujah!!!!!!

Thank you so much to Alan and Diamond Head Tax Group. I had actually already done and filed my taxes, but had to redo them because of an estate settlement done at the end of 2016 that changed what I had claimed. I called him yesterday at the last minute, the person who answered the phone could not have been nicer and answered all my questions. She put my mind at ease and encouraged me to come in the next day. Alan was so kind, not stressed at all! 5 star customer service all the way around and professional. I will definitely return and recommend them to anyone who needs tax service. Alan took an appointment with me at the last minute and on the last day. He explained what needed to be done to file the correct return and completed everything while we chatted. He ran two sets of returns, because I was doing an adendum they need to be mailed in. I walked out with everything done right. Alan is extremely personable and I feel grateful to have found his company. He reminds me of how things use to be. Alan I cannot thank you enough!
